입력 프레임 레코더. 통과하는 입력 프레임을 EIF MKV 파일로 저장하기 위한 하나의 입력 프레임 입력 포트와 하나의 입력 프레임 출력 포트를 가집니다. 이 클래스의 모든 멤버는 스레드 안전합니다.
